Anna SalazarThe Renovation-Minded Realtor® in San Antonio
The story behind my renovation-minded approach
Realtor® Associate with Fore Premier Properties. I help San Antonio buyers and sellers with an eye trained on the details most people walk right past — it all started with an inspired purchase of a property in what investors now call the path of progress. This is when you look around a city and see where new large projects are happening, and invest around it. At the time, I wasn't familiar with the investment concept — I just saw what was happening and thought it would be a wise idea, and I got an incredible deal. So I took the leap in 2013 and started what would eventually become my future.
Two cities, one eye for potential
My husband and I have spent our marriage renovating, creating and rehabbing. Our most recent project was in the heart of Fredericksburg and is showcased on the Renovations page — but before Fredericksburg, there was San Antonio, our beloved city, and now we're back.
For the past eight years, we've been quietly buying overlooked houses, reworking them with our own hands and a trusted crew, and handing them to families ready to love them. It's the lens I now bring to every client, whether you're buying your first home, selling one that needs some love before it hits the market, or trying to decide if a fixer-upper is worth the leap.
Before & after, six years in the making
This duplex conversion was my hardest flip yet — from a graffiti-covered shell to a furnished, welcoming home. My husband joined as my renovation partner in 2021, before we were married, and we've worked together on every project since. The full story is on the Renovations page.
