Home has always meant more than four walls to me.

It all started with an inspired purchase in 2013 — a property in what investors now call the path of progress, where you look around a city, see where new large projects are happening, and invest around it. At the time, I wasn't familiar with the investment concept; I just saw what was happening and thought it would be a wise idea, and I got an incredible deal. So I took the leap, and it became the start of my career around investments, renovations, and short-term rentals — properties other people saw as too much work, I saw as a place to start. Houses aren't finished stories, they're ones still being written, and I love helping people write the next chapter.

I've been renovating homes for eight years, and for the past five my husband has been my partner in every project — together we've spent that time renovating, creating, and rehabbing. Our most recent project was in the heart of Fredericksburg — rather than a gut renovation, we focused on highlighting the beautiful features that were already there and repairing the deferred maintenance that needed attention, documenting the transformation room by room (you can see the library and primary bedroom in the Renovations gallery). It sold, and it taught me more about what buyers actually value than any class ever could.

But before Fredericksburg, there was San Antonio, our beloved city — and now we're back, quietly doing the same thing here — finding houses with good bones and bad instincts, and giving them a second act. I bring that same eye to my clients, whether they're buying, selling, or trying to decide if a fixer-upper is worth the leap.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me on a sunrise walk with my husband and our dog, with a loaf of sourdough proofing on the counter, or spending the weekend with our kids and grandkids. My mother still lives in Kerrville, which keeps me close to the Hill Country community where I got my start — and to the Fore Premier team that's supported me the whole way.
